Bundle of Joy Cloth Diaper Service

*If more than 80 diapers are needed per week, please add $2.00 per week for every 10 extra diapers.

*For additional children in the same family, receive 15% off of second and subsequent child's weekly service fee!  

*If you live more than 15 miles from our location, there may be an additional monthly fuel surcharge (dependent on your location). Call for details.

There is a one-time, non-refundable $35 start up fee, which includes a diaper pail, two diaper pail liners, deodorizing disks (replaced monthly) and an optional Snappi Fastener. Should you choose to supply your own diaper pail, liners and deodorizing disks, no start up fee will be incurred, however you will be required to have two waterproof pail liners as we must have a sanitary means of transportation for your diapers. Pail liners are available for purchase from our company for $44 (for two liners), or you may also choose to pay a one-time $25 fee to rent two liners for the duration of your service.

There is an optional $35 one-time fee to rent four covers, and then the rental fee is $5 per month in addition to your service fee. When your baby needs to change sizes, you can do so for no extra charge (as long as the covers you currently have are returned to us in good condition). If you would like, you can also choose to rent only two covers for a one-time fee of $17.50 and an additional monthly fee of $2.50. You can also purchase and use your own covers.

The first four weeks will be prepaid before your first delivery. If after two weeks of service you decide that cloth diapering is not for you and your family, the remaining two weeks of the payment may be refunded upon the return of all rented supplies. No other refunds will be honored.

Invoices will be sent on the 1st of every month and will be due on the 7th of every month.

Military Discount:

We offer a 15% discount to all active military personnel! We appreciate all you do for us and wish to show our appreciation!

Payment:

Payments may be made with cash, check (payable to Bundle of Joy  Cloth Diaper Service), or any major credit card (PayPal is now accepted as well). Payment may be made online, mailed, left in a designated location agreed upon during your initial consultation, or you can enroll in monthly auto-pay. There is a $30 fee (or maximum allowed by law) for returned checks. Services are required to be prepaid and will be billed in advance unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon by both parties. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Diaper Covers:

There is a $35, non-refundable, one-time fee to rent four covers, and then the rental fee is an additional $5 per month in addition to your service fee (or you can rent two covers for a one-time fee of $17.50 and an additional $2.50 per month). You can also choose to purchase and use your own covers. Colors may be limited upon what is currently in stock.

Daycare Option:

Call for a quote if you would like to use our daycare option in which we can provide half cloth diapers and half natural disposable diapers for families of children that go to daycare (some daycare centers will not use cloth diapers).

We are currently using Earth's Best chlorine free, all natural diapers and Huggies Pure and Natural diapers as we have found them to be the favorite amongst current families using all natural disposables. If you prefer Seventh Generation or another all natural brand, please let us know so that we can provide you with an appropriate quote!
